We are happy to reimburse your initial postage cost for any items that are deemed faulty or are presenting a manufacturing fault once returned to us. Unfortunately, we are unable reimburse any postage costs if you simply change your mind and wish to make a return.
If you wish to return your order to our online returns centre, please ensure to contact our Customer Service team to gain an authorisation code. This is not required if you wish to return your order in store. Any order sent back to us without first being authorised by our Customer Service Team will not have its postage reimbursed.
Online returns are free with our Parcel Motel Returns service. If you do not wish to use this service, you can return your order at your local store or make your own postal arrangement via the below address once authorised:
