Delivery Timeframes On Pre- Orders
It is our objective to achieve on time delivery on all orders. We monitor our delivery partners and our experience is that delivery is successfully effected within the chosen delivery time period in 99% of cases.
There may at times be a use of a of third party courier service and on occasion human error may cause a package to be misdirected or delayed. Once dispatched, the on time delivery of a package is the responsibility of the relevant courier company and GameStop cannot be held responsible for a package not reaching its destination on time.
In order to avoid disappointment, we suggest that customers place orders well in advance of parties and Christmas to allow for any unforeseen delays.
With standard shipping we are unable to guarantee you will have your order on release date.
Important: Please note that for pre-orders purchased via MasterCard, VISA or PayPal we now take payment 5 days prior to shipping so please ensure you have funds available in advance of the release of the game.
When you place your pre-order an authorisation is taken which can hold funds for up to seven working days. Funds will then be released and taken 5 days prior to shipping.
If there is an issue with an order placed online that affects this product from shipping from our warehouse before the release date we will email all customers advising them of the issue and to contact our customer support.
Please ensure that all contact information placed online is correct and accurate as we will contact customers through the email address provided on the order.
